Where we ship: All U.S. states (including AK/HI), plus PO Boxes and APO/FPO/DPO.

What's your return policy?
30-day try-it window: You have 30 days from delivery to send it back. If it arrives damaged or defective, we cover the return shipping. If you change your mind, the return shipping comes out of your refund.
Condition: The mug must be clean, dry, and in resellable condition (no dents, scratches, stains, odors, or heavy wear; all parts included).
Simple steps: Start a return from our contact form with your order ID and shipping ZIP. Pack the mug securely (original box recommended) and ship it back. Refunds typically process 2–3 business days after the mug checks in.

Does it fit in a cupholder?
Not in most standard car cup holders. It's built for desks and counters first. If you want to use it in the car, a cup holder expander can make it work.
