30‑day “try it” window: Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery if the mug is clean, dry, and in resellable condition (no dents, scratches, stains, odors, or heavy wear; all parts included).

 

We cover return shipping: Start a return from our contact form with your order ID + shipping ZIP and we’ll email you a prepaid return label.

 

Simple steps: Pack the mug securely (original box recommended), apply the label, and drop it off. We typically process refunds 2–3 business days after the mug checks in; banks may take a few extra days to post.

 

Exchanges: Want a different color or quantity? Place a new order now and return the original with our prepaid label. We refund the first order once it’s inspected.

 

Damaged or incorrect: If anything arrives damaged or not quite right, email welcome@tuffmug.com within 7 days with your order ID and photos of the mug + packaging. We’ll fix it quickly with a replacement or refund.

 

Lids & warranty: If your lid arrives damaged or fails within the first 30 days, we’ll replace it at no cost. For manufacturing defects after that, our warranty covers repair, replacement, or refund (normal wear and misuse aren’t covered).

No. The lid is splash-proof, not fully leakproof.

It will handle normal bumps, but if you toss it in a bag it should be kept upright.

Is the Tuff Mug for the gym or the desk?

Both, but it is built for the desk first.

It is great for sipping during a workout, at a coaching station, or in a gym office. Because the lid is splash-proof (not sealed), it is not meant to be thrown in a bag like a shaker. 

Is it heavy?

No. It feels solid, but it is not heavy. 

 

At 1.1 lb, it weighs more than a typical ceramic mug and about as much as a full water bottle. 

 

It is also much lighter than the oversized, extra-thick novelty mugs. The weight is intentional for stability and durability, without feeling cumbersome to carry.
