Is the Tuff Tumbler BPA free?
Yes. All Tuff drinkware is BPA free. Every part that contacts your drink — body, handle, straw — is 304 stainless steel. The lid is BPA-free plastic.
How does the knurling feel?
The Tuff Tumbler knurling best resembles the knurling on a commercial gym barbell. It's tough enough to maximize your grip without discomfort.
Is there a warranty?
Yes. All Tuff drinkware comes with a 1-year warranty. For damaged or defective items, you can request a refund or replacement. Email welcome@tuffmug.com with the subject line "Warranty" and your order number.
Why is it more than other tumblers?
It's crafted entirely from 304 stainless steel — including the straw. The custom welded barbell handle is exclusive to our brand and patent-pending. You're paying for the build, not the marketing.
How long does it keep drinks hot or cold?
Up to 12 hours cold or 5 hours hot.
Double-wall, vacuum-insulated 304 stainless. Results vary with drink type, lid use, and room temperature.
Is it leakproof?
The lid is splash-proof, not fully leakproof. It'll handle bumps and normal carry, but if you toss it sideways in a bag it can drip through the straw hole. Travel upright.
Does it fit in a cupholder?
Yes. The base is tapered to fit standard car cup holders. The handle clears most center consoles.
Stainless Steel or Black — what's the difference?
Same build, same handle, same capacity. Stainless Steel is uncoated brushed steel — clean and bright. Black is a powder-coated finish — low-profile and matte.
